The National Cattle Congress winter storage check-in dates & times are listed below:
November 14 (8am-2pm) – CHECK IN AT THE PEPSI PAVILION!
November 17 (10am-2pm)
November 18 (10am-2pm)
November 21 (8am-2pm)
November 24 (10am-2pm)
November 25 (10am-2pm)
Please check in at the PEPSI PAVILION on each of these dates.
The one-time fee for ALL VEHICLES is $10.00 per linear foot (“linear foot” must include hitches, motors, etc.), with a minimum payment of $250.00.
What to expect:
- Check-in at the Pepsi Pavilion on any of the dates listed above
- Our staff will hand you a sticky note as you check-in. Please come inside with the sticky note and your license plate number, ready to pay
- When you check-in, you will sign a contract and pay for the entire storage season with 1 payment. We will accept, cash, card or check
- You will then be directed to the building your vehicle(s) will be stored in and our staff members will help you move in your vehicle(s)
- Please KEEP YOUR CONTRACT as this will remind you of the SINGLE MOVE-OUT date and your vehicle(s) number so our staff can easily identify it during the move-out process
Vehicles who are the last to move-in are the first to move out. These people will be contacted before the move-out date to help speed up the move-out process.

Early storage is only available for special cases and will be charged an additional fee. Early storage is NOT available until 7 days prior to the first winter storage date (November 7th). Early storage vehicles will be the LAST vehicles to be moved out.
